Marketing

  • Created the full MESSY Raiding Rules, establishing Quality > Noise as a core cultural pillar.
  • Introduced the idea of Telegram Topics, preparing for the later full reorganization.
  • Ran a week-long sponsored X KOL promotion, boosting visibility and expanding reach across CT.

Business & Operations

  • Increased Aerodrome $MESSY liquidity pools and launched additional arbitrage LPs, improving liquidity routing and reducing slippage.
  • Finalized the CTO LOI, setting clear terms for role, allocation, and vesting.
  • Updated the Allocation Schedule and Interactive Vesting Timeline to include the CTO's two vesting tranches.
  • Evaluated multiple data providers (SimiliScan, MarketStalker, and others) for the upcoming Agentic Due Diligence Engine.

Product Development

  • Concluded PoC and started with Due Diligence Engine (MVP) including new integration for CoinGecko Pro API.
  • Created hexagonal architecture for backend with possibility of open-sourcing core package at a later stage.
  • Implemented foundational capabilities such as Rate Limiting, Usage Tracking etc.
  • Established v1 of development workflows & fully automated CI/CD pipelines.

Week of November 11-17, 2025

Marketing

  • Created the Team Avatars, establishing the first consistent visual identity across founders, contributors, and future team profiles.
  • Launched the "Meet the Founders" mini-series, introducing Michael and Franco and reinforcing MESSY's human-driven brand narrative.
  • Continued building MESSY's narrative and educational material, including anti-spam guidelines, raiding quality rules, and early agent-deep-dive content.

Business & Operations

  • Added $MESSY to the AI Agent Index on Cookie.fun (View Link), strengthening external discoverability and positioning MESSY within the broader AI-agent ecosystem.
  • Advanced the LOI finalization process with the CTO.
  • Continued structuring EPICs, token search logic, and fallback architecture for the Due Diligence Engine.

Product Development

  • Created Messy Virgo Github organization and repos including initial CI/CD pipelines.
  • Setup hyperscaler environments for production and development including automated deployment.
  • Started with PoC to validate core architecture concepts including integrations with GeckoTerminal & DexScreener.
Week of November 4-10, 2025

Marketing

  • Set up the messyvirgo team email and social profiles, establishing the official communication and identity infrastructure.
  • Created the first MESSY Team Visuals, shaping the brand's early graphic direction and avatar style.

Business & Operations

  • Conducted x402 Autonomous Payments Evaluation, exploring future integrations for automated agent execution, external data triggers, and multi-chain payment flows.
  • Continued writing EPICs and drafting user stories for the Due Diligence Engine, laying the groundwork for the product roadmap and technical handoff.

Product Development

  • Analysed existing concepts & infrastructure and created an architecture concept based on updated vision.
  • Established foundational IT capabilities such as choice of hyperscaler, AI-, Development- & CI/CD- foundations.
Week of October 28 - November 3, 2025

Business & Operations

  • Onboarded the CTO (Michael), marking the beginning of MESSY's technical leadership and formal architecture development.
  • Began specifying the MESSY Due Diligence dApp, including scope definition, data layers, and early UX considerations.
  • Evaluated partner APIs (SimiliScan, MarketStalker, and others) to determine viable data sources for token metadata, on-chain behaviors, and due diligence scoring.
  • Started writing the first draft of the Litepaper, establishing the core narrative, Phases 1–4, and the technical foundations of the MESSY ecosystem.
