Every Month, We Buy More Of The Same Token You Hold (July)

The pattern from June continued in July: we pay real-world bills, and the result is that founders hold more MESSY, not less.

What July Looked Like

Our July infrastructure costs were 1,659.76 USD for AI agents, data, and core tooling.

Before any on-chain accounting:

  • Michael had already paid 1,370.75 USD on his personal card.
  • Franco had paid 289.01 USD from his personal card/wallet.

For the monthly bookkeeping:

  • Franco injects 540.87 USDC into the marketing wallet (half of the infra bill minus 289.01 USD that he already paid from his personal card/wallet).
  • From that wallet, Franco receives 1,460,000 MESSY (valued at 829 USD on Aug 4) to reflect his contribution.
  • Michael receives 1,460,000 MESSY (valued at 829 USD on Aug 4) and 540.87 USDC, reflecting that he had already fronted 1,370.75 USD of the July infra bill on his personal card.

Vendors get paid in fiat, the DAO does not dump MESSY into external liquidity, and both co-founders end July with more MESSY exposure than they started with. Our costs remain a built-in DCA plan into the same token you hold.
