Purpose

The Association promotes decentralized finance education, community-driven blockchain protocol development, and facilitates governance for the MESSY token ecosystem.

Governance

Organs:

• General Assembly (supreme decision-making body)
• Board of Directors (minimum 2 members, 2-year terms)

Signature Authority:

• Individual signature for transactions under CHF 25,000
• Joint signature of two board members for transactions exceeding CHF 25,000

For privacy reasons, individual board member names are not publicly disclosed. Board members are known to Swiss tax authorities and banking partners as required by law.

Liability

Only the Association's assets are liable for its obligations. Personal liability of members and board members is excluded in accordance with Swiss Civil Code Article 75-bis.
