Our Platform
Analytical Tools:
- $MESSY Token — Base-native token (trade on DEXes at your risk)
- Due Diligence Engine — AI analysis of tokens via social, news, and on-chain data
- Portfolio Tools — Optimization algorithms suggesting allocations
- Token Screener — Discover and filter tokens by metrics
- Performance Dashboard — Track portfolios and our AI agent's Guru.fund performance
Platform Status: Under active development. Features may change or be unavailable without notice.
What We Are NOT
We provide information and analytical tools only. We are NOT:
- An investment platform (no custody, no trade execution)
- An investment advisor (no personalized advice)
- A broker or financial service provider
You make all investment decisions independently.
Third-Party Platforms
Guru.fund: We operate an AI fund on Guru.fund (separate platform). If you invest, you do so under Guru.fund's terms — they handle custody, execution, and compliance. Your relationship is with them, not us. We're just a fund manager on their platform.
DEXes & Data: $MESSY trades on third-party DEXes. We aggregate data from RPCs, APIs, and public sources. No guarantees of accuracy or availability.
Your Responsibilities
- No Advice: Our tools provide data, not recommendations
- Your Decisions: You decide all investments independently; DYOR
- Your Risk: You bear full responsibility for outcomes
- Wallet Security: You control private keys; we have NO access
- No Custody: We never hold your assets
- Compliance: You follow your local laws
Account & Termination
Security: You're responsible for account credentials and all activities under your account.
We May Terminate: For Terms violations, fraud, inactivity, or service discontinuation. You may delete your account anytime.
Effect: Access ceases immediately. We may delete data (subject to legal retention). Liability and dispute provisions survive.
Data Processing
Swiss/EU hosting, but third-party services (RPCs, data providers, AI models) may process data internationally. You consent to cross-border processing.
Who Cannot Use This
Prohibited: U.S. persons, sanctioned individuals/entities (OFAC, UN, EU, Swiss SECO), crypto-banned jurisdictions.
EU/EEA: We don't target EU users. Access only via reverse solicitation. You're responsible for MiCA compliance.
You confirm: 18+, not prohibited/sanctioned, understand crypto risks.
Risks
Crypto: Total loss, volatility, smart contract exploits, illiquidity, regulatory changes.
Tools: Data may be wrong or outdated. Past performance ≠ future results. Technical failures possible.
AI: Suggestions may be incorrect. Experimental algorithms. No performance guarantees.

No Liability (Maximum Extent of Law):
Messy Virgo DAO is NOT liable for investment losses, inaccurate data, service failures, third-party failures, smart contract exploits, unauthorized access, or any other damages (direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive).
YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS.
Intellectual Property
We own platform code, MESSY branding, and proprietary algorithms. Non-commercial community use allowed with attribution. Commercial use requires permission (legal@messyvirgo.com). Some code may be open-source per repository licenses.
Wallet Connection
We read your public address/balances only. NO access to private keys or funds. You approve all transactions. All blockchain transactions are irreversible. Connecting = accepting these Terms.
Prohibited Activities
No illegal use, hacking, data scraping, impersonation, bots, or abuse. We may terminate access for violations.
Changes & Disputes
Changes: We may update Terms anytime. Continued use = acceptance. Material changes announced via website/Telegram.
Governing Law: Swiss law. Disputes via binding arbitration in Zurich (Swiss Rules of International Arbitration). No class actions or jury trials.
