Messy Fund Update

Weekly workflow proof for Messy-managed micro test funds on Base and Robinhood Chain: Guru Lotus books base04, base05, and base06, plus Lagoon books lg-base00, lg-base01, lg-base02, and safe-lg-rh01. Screening prepares evidence; the Chair decides; the system records the resolution; only then can execution mutate the book. Macro and narrative below are the postures those sessions used, not a live market refresh at publish time.
Custody / provider
This week's public micro books use Guru Lotus and Lagoon custody adapters. base04, base05, and base06 sit on Guru Lotus vaults on Base. Messy's engine runs research, council decisioning, and trade construction; capital on those books sits in Guru's vault contracts. On the Guru books, the trading key can trade but cannot withdraw, a limit enforced by the vault contracts, not our software. lg-base00, lg-base01, and lg-base02 sit on Lagoon vaults on Base. safe-lg-rh01 sits on a Lagoon vault on Robinhood Chain. Provider-side contract failure is venue risk on either adapter. Keys live in Turnkey; our backend never holds key material.

base04 — council & book
No trades executed: the council ratified the current book and the prepared rebalance package required no transactions, leaving the fund unchanged with a review of the rebalance handoff as follow-up.
Week strip: Mon exec · Tue exec · Wed exec · Thu exec · Fri exec · Sat hold · 6 sessions
Week net · Cash 25.8% → 42.7% · Base 36.2% → 21.5% · High-beta 37.9% → 35.8%
Tue exec Single-name concentration: deploying the full 15.0% beta raise into neiro takes one position to roughly 34.5% NAV, well above any diversified weight; exit at size costs a measured 110 bps plus a +53 bps route…
Closing session
Cash 57.7% → 42.7% · Base 21.5% · High-beta 20.8% → 35.8%
Recommendation was projected onto the regime-band convergence step by validation.
- byte entry economics: 1959 bps probed round trip and flagged +1284 bps route gap exceed any plausible 30-day edge at this fund's notional; if added, size to the minimum and treat as unscalable
- $hokk has no measured execution at size and zero 24h global volume; do not enter until a tradability probe exists
- book is one position against a 2-10 derived breadth band; concentration objection recurs each session until a second executable name appears

base05 — council & book
No trades executed: the council ratified the current book unchanged, so there was no rebalance package to authorize.
Week strip: Mon exec · Tue exec · Wed exec · Thu exec · Fri hold · Sat hold · 6 sessions
Week net · Cash 18% → 15% · Base 21.9% → 22.3% · High-beta 60.1% → 62.7%
Fri hold 84.2% of beta book value (primary-narrative attribution) sits in narratives with negative trailing 30d momentum vs TOTAL3ES — a book-level context flag to monitor, not a sell trigger on any single holding.
Closing session
Cash 15% · Base 22.3% · High-beta 62.7%
No bucket movement is recommended because current allocation already satisfies the computed posture.
- Effective regime is neutral on the risk-off news overlay while the observed regime reads risk-on; treat headline risk as the binding constraint until it abates
- 44.7% of beta book value sits in narratives with negative trailing 30d momentum vs TOTAL3ES (meme-attributed) — a standing tilt to review, not a same-session sell signal
- titn shows a sharp one-day RSI drop (-29.2), a -7.4% 24h move, and the deepest drawdown in the book (68.1% below 180d high); first name to exit if the rank decline persists into subsequent sessions

base06 — council & book
No trades executed: the council ratified the current book and the fund was not modified, with the VVV coverage question scheduled for re-review next session.
Week strip: Mon hold · Tue hold · Wed hold · Thu exec · Fri exec · Sat hold · 6 sessions
Week net · Cash 16.2% → 16.6% · Base 18% → 18.5% · High-beta 65.8% → 64.9%
Tue hold Zen shows the sharpest single-session evidence deterioration in the book (trend -36, RSI -8.2, -8.8% price, absent from both screens); one session is a sample — require corroboration or a second adverse…
Closing session
Cash 16.6% · Base 18.5% · High-beta 64.9%
No bucket movement is recommended because current allocation already satisfies the computed posture.
- Effective regime is neutral on the news-driven risk-off overlay; new beta deployment into it adds no measured edge
- vvv exit rests on a coverage gap that is also its entry basis, one day after a heavy turnover session — reversal friction applies unless a thesis change is named
- Fresh-only candidates (omi, brett, npc, acu) have no aggregate history; size carefully if entered

lg-base00 — council & book
The rebalance executed and reconciled: the council ratified a single change — the full exit of dust-sized TIBBIR — while keeping the fund posture unchanged at a ratified target of about 17.5% cash, 19.6% base, and 62.9% high beta; realized post-execution bucket weights are not yet available.
Week strip: Mon exec · Tue exec · Wed exec · Thu exec · Fri hold · Sat exec · 6 sessions
Week net · Cash 16.8% → 17.5% · Base 17.7% → 19.6% · High-beta 65.5% → 62.9%
Fri hold news overlay is risk-off with high confidence and pulls the effective regime below the observed one; monitor for persistence across sessions before treating it as a de-risk trigger
Closing session
Cash 17.5% · Base 19.6% · High-beta 62.9%
No bucket movement is recommended because current allocation already satisfies the computed posture.
- Effective regime is neutral on the news risk-off overlay; treat as a conviction haircut on any new deployment, not an exit trigger.
- B3 shows the book's deepest drawdown (63.4% below 180d high), largest unrealized loss (-19.9%), and weakest momentum/relative-strength scores — one session of data; review next sessions before trimming.
- AUKI pairs a -13.4% loss with weak momentum and thin global volume ($45.7k); same single-session bar applies.

lg-base01 — council & book
The rebalance executed and reconciled, but two planned legs (the ~$4.90 VIRTUAL buy and a ~$4.28 FBOMB sale) failed simulation and were dropped, leaving only dust-sized settled trades.
Week strip: Mon hold · Tue exec · Wed exec · Thu exec · Fri exec · Sat exec · 6 sessions
Week net · Cash 15.9% → 17.8% · Base 18.3% → 19.3% · High-beta 65.8% → 63%
Tue exec props exit rests on a single-session score collapse; the evidence standard for holding was met at entry and nothing prior-session adverse is recorded — treat the trim as liquidity-risk management, not thesis…
Closing session
Cash 21% → 17.8% · Base 19.2% → 19.3% · High-beta 59.8% → 63%
Recommendation was projected onto the regime-band convergence step by validation.
- Effective regime is neutral on the news overlay (~10-point subtraction) despite the observed risk-on reading; the mandated beta raise is a guardrail action, not a conviction signal — size entries toward…
- fbomb at 20.6% NAV is the standing concentration risk; its 121 bps exit cost and $203.5k global volume mean any trim should be staged, not executed at full size in one clip.
- cow round trip of 173 bps at $92k primary-pool liquidity makes it the most expensive executable candidate; a modest entry sized to the $1.72 deployable plus any fbomb trim is defensible, a large one is not.

lg-base02 — council & book
The rebalance executed and reconciled: the council ratified a fund posture of about 15% cash, 22% base, and 63% high beta (from about 21/22/57), trimming BNKR and B3 and adding COW, OMI, and IXS while holding TIBBIR, NPC, and Jitosol.
Week strip: Mon hold · Tue exec · Wed exec · Thu exec · Fri exec · Sat exec · 6 sessions
Week net · Cash 15% · Base 18.5% → 22% · High-beta 66.5% → 63%
Tue exec props exit rests on one session of score deterioration plus thin liquidity, not sustained multi-session decline — size the trim rather than a full exit if the Chair wants to preserve optionality
Closing session
Cash 21.1% → 15% · Base 22% · High-beta 56.9% → 63%
Recommendation was projected onto the regime-band convergence step by validation.
- Effective regime is neutral on a news-driven risk-off overlay despite observed risk-on signals; size new beta entries to the neutral read, not the observed one.
- Book sits at the bottom of the derived breadth band (5 positions, effective count 3.53 vs 4-10) with top-1 at 19.8% NAV and top-3 at 50.0%; prefer breadth-adding entries over incumbent top-ups.
- byte carries a 1028 bps round trip on a $690 primary pool and virtual has no executable round trip — both are effectively unexecutable at position notional.

safe-lg-rh01 — council & book
The rebalance executed and reconciled: the council ratified a fund posture of about 22% base, 22% cash, and 56% high beta (down from about 23/36/41) plus a new cash-funded entry into LOCK (HoodLock), and the certified target was approved at manager review, submitted, and reconciled.
Week strip: Tue target · Wed target · Thu exec · Fri exec · Sat exec · 5 sessions
Week net · Cash 100% → 21.9% · Base 0% → 22.1% · High-beta 0% → 56.1%
Thu exec Round-trip execution cost at position notional (137-204 bps) is a large fixed drag on a $13.62 budget; fewer, better-evidenced names lose less to friction than a maximal slate.
Closing session
Cash 35.8% → 21.9% · Base 23.1% → 22.1% · High-beta 41.1% → 56.1%
Recommendation was projected onto the regime-band convergence step by validation.
- Effective regime is neutral, not risk-on: a moderately-high-confidence risk-off news overlay subtracts roughly ten points from the composite and is the binding constraint while the posture forces a 15-point…
- Concentration: top-1 position at 18.0% NAV and effective position count 2.79 sit at the edge of the derived breadth band; the lock entry improves breadth only if sized so no incumbent stays above the…
- Lock entry liquidity: $85.6k primary pool, $81.1k global volume, 206 bps round trip at probed notional — cap the entry size against illiquid-exit risk.
